Bela is a chinese building block brand that copies Lego Super Heroes, Friends, Arctic and Star Wars sets. I don't have any information on what company owns Bela bricks. They've been around a long time and were copying Lego designs even before Lepin came to market. They are still cloning Lego sets today and I'm surprised Lego hasn't gone after them, the way they did with Lepin. Recently Bela joined with another new brand called Lari, also known as Leri.
